Dear Sanjeev,
Choose a theme / chapter / unit from particular class and read the content. First make the concept map in the paper then compare it with the content in the chapter whether the chapter was adequately represented in the concept map. Once you are finalise the concept map with the content, then start working with the VUE to make the concept map.
